Spiritual direction provides a structured time and setting in which individuals can explore and deepen their spiritual lives. A spiritual director offers on-going companionship, support and guidance to Jewish seekers, both individually and in groups. This contemplative practice has developed and grown rapidly in the American Jewish community since it was formally introduced a decade ago.
